Healthy Summer Treats

Summer temperatures makes us all scream for ice cream and other cold delights. Have you tried making healthy ice pops. There all the rage these days. Try this recipe. Fill your blender half full with berries and frozen cherries, two mejool dates, one cleaned and peeled beet, and one cup of non dairy milk or decaf herbal tea. Blend until liquified. Pour into molds and freeze. Enjoy!!
